YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy at OwnerScale AI
Updated October 1, 2026
This notice explains the information collected by this website and its business-review form.
- Submit a business inquiry
- Stored for OwnerScale review
- Used to follow up with you
General business inquiries only. Keep sensitive records out of the form.
What the form collects
When you request a review, the site stores your name, email, optional callback number, business name, selected industry and goal, and any website or notes you choose to provide. It also records submission time, your contact consent, a request reference, and source, medium, campaign, and first entry-page labels when available. These labels come from campaign links or the referring website’s hostname. Recognized search referrers are labeled organic; this is an indication, not proof of how you found us. External page paths, search terms, and complete referrer URLs are not stored. Please do not include passwords, payment information, health details, information about patients or residents, or sensitive customer records.
Business inquiries only
This form is for business owners and facility operators asking about OwnerScale AI services. It is not a treatment, admissions, or housing application. Describe the administrative process you want to improve without identifying patients or residents.
How it is used
OwnerScale AI uses these details to understand your request, assess the proposed work, and contact you about it. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a marketing list or authorize automated text messages.
Storage and access
Requests are stored in the site’s database for OwnerScale AI to review. The site does not provide a public directory or public lookup of submissions. Hosting and infrastructure providers process information needed to run and secure the site.
Site security and cookies
The form uses a short-lived, hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. The application does not store your raw IP address in the request record. The hosting provider may maintain technical logs or use cookies for access and security. This site does not add advertising trackers. Google Analytics is available as an optional measurement service. It loads only after you allow Google Analytics through Privacy choices.
Corrections, removal, and questions
To ask about information you submitted, request a correction, or request its removal, use the contact form and include your request reference if available. Choose “Not sure yet” and describe your privacy request in the notes. We may need to verify that the information belongs to you.
The service guide
The automated service guide matches questions to information published on this site. It is not a live person or an open-ended AI adviser. Questions remain in the current page’s memory and are not sent to the site database or an AI provider. Reloading or leaving the page clears the conversation. Keep questions general and do not include confidential client or case details.
Call and text links open your device’s phone or messaging app. You decide whether to place the call or send the message. The guide does not automatically forward conversations or notify the owner.
Optional activity measurement
If you allow measurement through Privacy choices, the site records page paths, a random browser-session identifier, limited campaign or referrer labels, and events such as review clicks, chat opens, form starts, saved-form events, and phone or text clicks. The site does not send chat text, form contents, callback numbers, inquiry references, complete query strings, precise location, or customer records to analytics. Only published public-page paths are measured; the private owner workspace is excluded.
Visits are approximate browser sessions, not unique people. Sessions expire after 30 minutes of inactivity. Counts miss visitors who decline, block scripts, or use browser privacy controls. A phone-button click does not establish that a call happened. Event records are retained for up to 90 days and removed during subsequent event processing. Reporting shows the latest 30 days of activity.
Google Analytics
When allowed, Google Analytics receives page views, limited source and campaign labels, and events such as chat opens, phone clicks, and successfully saved inquiries. A saved inquiry is measured as a lead event; its contents are not included. Page URLs exclude query strings and fragments. Referrer information is limited to the website origin. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled.
Google also processes technical information such as browser and device information and network information needed to deliver its service and derive approximate geographic reports. Analytics cookies use a session lifetime. Google Analytics event and user data retention is set to two months, with no reset when you return. This setting does not limit retention of standard aggregated reports. Google Analytics retention is managed separately from the site’s own 90-day event records. See Google’s privacy policy for its processing practices.
Your measurement choices
Optional measurement starts only after you allow it and can be turned off through Privacy choices. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals keep it off. Your choice is saved on your device. An earlier choice that covered only local site measurement does not authorize Google Analytics; we ask again when adding Google Analytics. Declining stops future analytics events and removes this integration’s analytics cookies. It does not erase events already received by Google. Temporary session storage holds a visit identifier and campaign context. Campaign or referrer labels may accompany a form you choose to submit even when activity measurement is off. Declining does not disable the form, service guide, or contact options.
Owner access and retention
Inquiry records and reports are restricted to the site owner’s signed-in account. The owner can record a business follow-up stage, next action, date, and won contract value. Inquiries remain available for follow-up until removed after an appropriate request or business retention review. We do not sell these event records.
Changes
This notice will be updated if the site’s data collection or connected services change.
